Firstly, to assess the development in terms of number, size and labor of economic establishments; production and business results (in short, production and business); the level of information technology application; structure and distribution of establishments and labor by localities, economic sectors and forms of ownership in order to meet the management requirements of the Party, the State, ministries, branches and localities.
Second, calculate the official statistical indicators of the statistics majors, the indicators of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Gross Domestic Product in the province, city directly under the Central Government (GRDP) in 2020 according to the Project No. project "Innovation of the process of compiling data of Gross Domestic Product in provinces and centrally run cities" and other statistical indicators under the National Accounts System.
Third, update information, build a database to serve the conversion of the base year and compiling socio-economic statistical indicators; to make the overall sample frame on economic basis for sampling surveys in the next period of the Statistics sector, ministries, branches and localities.
The content of the investigation includes the following groups of information:
– Investigation unit identification information: identifying information of the establishment; production and business activities; types of enterprises, non-business units, associations and affiliated establishments of the above organizations; individual production and business establishments; religious and belief establishments; foreign non-governmental organizations licensed to operate in Vietnam;
– Information on labor and income of employees: information about the head; labor of the establishment; income of employees;
– Information on production and business results and costs: assets, capital sources; operation results, production and business expenses; taxes and budget payments; investment; scientific research and technological development (R&D), innovation; specialized statistical indicators in the System of National Statistical Indicators, grouped according to the System of Vietnamese Economic Sectors and the System of Vietnamese Product Sectors; energy consumption;
– Information on the application of information technology: using management and automation software for production and business; using the form of e-commerce through online sales and service provision; the ability to approach the 4th Industrial Revolution;
– Information on the situation of financial access, international economic integration and thematic information about the investigation unit.
Information collection plan
- For the investigation unit being an enterprise: divided into two phases:
+ Phase 1: the time to prepare and collect information from February 1, 2021 to the end of April 30, 2021;
+ Phase 2: information collection period from May 15, 2021 to the end of July 30, 2021;
– For non-business units and associations: the time to prepare for information collection is from February 1, 2021 to the end of February 28, 2021; The time to collect information is from March 1, 2021 to the end of April 30, 2021.
– For individual production and business establishments: the time to prepare and collect all information will be from May 2, 2021 to the end of June 15, 2021; Collect sample information from July 1, 2021 to the end of July 30, 2021.
- For religious and belief establishments: The time for making a list of investigation units shall be from June 1, 2021 to the end of June 15, 2021; collected information from July 1, 2021 to the end of July 30, 2021.
