The economic census 2021 is conducted in accordance with the Law on Statistics and Decision No. 307/QD-TTg dated February 27, 2020 of the Prime Minister; This is a Census conducted to provide information to: (i) comprehensively assess the current situation and economic development trends of the country and localities; (ii) formulating specific policies and solutions to promote economic development in the period of 2021 - 2025; (iii) is an important basis for reviewing and supplementing information on indicators of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Gross Domestic Product in provinces and centrally run cities (GRDP) and other statistical indicators. other.
At the meeting, Ms. Pham Thi Phuong reported to the General Department's delegation on the results of the first 6 months of the year and the direction of the tasks for the last 6 months. Ms. Phuong highlighted the achievements of Cao Bang Statistical Office in the first 6 months of the year and reported to the General Director on the direction and tasks of the last 6 months of the year. For the 2021 Economic Census, Cao Bang Statistics Department determined that this is a very important census with a large scale, complex content, related to many different survey subjects such as: enterprises, individual production and business establishments, non-business units, associations, religious and belief establishments. Therefore, right from the beginning of implementation, the Department of Statistics has advised the Provincial People's Committee to issue documents on the establishment of Steering Committees and Standing Groups at all levels, advising on the development of the General Implementation Plan. economic survey 2021; Census propaganda plan; coordinate with agencies in reviewing and making investigation lists; selection of investigators and supervisors at all levels; prepare documents, training contents, instructions for information processing software; guide the information collection process; deploying information collection; implementation of inspection, inspection and supervision plans.
Report on the results of the implementation of phase I of the 2021 Economic Census, by April 30, 2021, the whole province has completed 650/650 non-business units and 55/55 association units, 1,627/1,627 business units, reaching the rate of 100% of the declared units. Phase II, the province has 18,829 individual business establishments and 36 religious and belief establishments. By the end of July 9, for sample ballots, the whole province had done 299/1,098 votes, reaching 27.2%; for all votes, nearly 4671/17,731 votes were made, reaching 26.3%; for the votes on the basis of religion and belief, 2/36 were done, reaching nearly 5.6%.
