1. Order of execution

– Step 1: Agencies, organizations and individuals wishing to use statistical services include:

(1) Provide statistics;

(2) Provide micro database;

(3) Statistical investigation;

(4) Statistical consultancy for its activities, send a written request to provide statistical services to the Statistical Services Department, the Center for Statistical Consulting and Services, phone number 02437343240, Email: sdc@ gso.gov.vn, trungtamtulieu@gso.gov.vn;

– Step 2: Based on the official letter (letter) of the request of the agency, organization or individual that needs to provide statistical services, the Center for Statistical Materials and Services will classify the services that need to be met. respond and contact specialized units of GSO to determine the capacity, workload, cost calculation... and reply to the unit;

– Step 3: Agencies, organizations and individuals wishing to approve the service will negotiate and sign a contract;

– Step 4: After the contract takes effect, the Center will carry out the implementation of the contract according to the signed terms;

– Step 5: When the workload is completed, the Data Center and Statistical Service and the ordering party will conduct the acceptance test and hand over the results;

Step 6: Do the contract payment procedures.

2. Profile composition: 01 set

Records sent by Post, email or directly to the Statistical Service and Data Center include:

– A written request from an agency, organization or individual (Form 01-CVDV);

- Quotation of the Center;

– Economic contract (Form 02-HDDV);

- Data sheets at the request of customers;

– Financial invoices for customers;

- Liquidation.

5) Implementing agency: Center for Statistical Services and Consulting.

6) Performance results
